Pre-Orders
Our Leather Conditioner is currently available as a pre-order.
Pre-orders can be cancelled free of charge until your order has been dispatched.
Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.
Returns
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Returned products must:
- Be unopened
- Be unused
- Be in their original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.
Please include:
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products damaged by improper use
Shipping & Delivery
The Jalloh Luxury Care Atelier Leather Conditioner is currently available as a pre-order.
Every pre-order reserves your product from our first production run, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of quality before every order leaves our atelier.
Processing
Orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation.
Once your order is ready for shipment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery
Our first production run is currently underway.
Pre-orders are expected to be dispatched within 2–3 weeks after your order is placed.
