Our Daily Cleaning Solution is the foundation of exceptional shoe care. Developed to gently lift everyday dirt while respecting premium materials, the formula delivers a professional clean without compromising the original finish.
Designed for both enthusiasts and professionals, it provides an effective clean with minimal product. Simply dilute with water to create a rich cleaning solution that restores freshness while preserving what makes your footwear unique.
- Volume: 100 ml
- Formula: Concentrated cleaning solution
- Mix ratio: 1 cap with approximately 100 ml of water
- Suitable for: Leather, suede, nubuck, canvas, mesh and most premium textiles

You may return unused products within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be unused and unopened
- Be in their original packaging
- Be in resalable condition
- Include proof of purchase
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used cleaning products
- Products damaged through misuse
- Gift cards (if applicable)

Our first Signature Care Collection is currently available as a pre-order.
Each order reserves your products from our first production run. This approach allows us to maintain the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship and presentation before every product leaves our atelier.
Processing
All pre-orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation.
Once your order is ready for dispatch, you’ll receive a confirmation email together with your tracking information.
Estimated Delivery
Our first production run is currently in progress.
Pre-orders are expected to be dispatched within 2–4 weeks from the date your order is placed.
Should there be any changes to this estimated timeframe, we’ll keep you informed via email.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
After dispatch, delivery typically takes:
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- Belgium: 2–4 business days
- Germany: 2–5 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days
Order Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our atelier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or local fees required by their country.
